R114A Box Car – Tri-ang Railways
These were the first goods vehicles made by Moldex and were used in the RAXA, R3XA, R3A, RAXC and R3XC sets, as well as being available separately in 1958 and 1959.
Only one version is found and this has black lettering on an orange body. The bogies are the early TC type fitted with MkII couplers.

This version introduced the archbar bogie and MkIII couplers. Used in the R3ZA set and also available separately in 1960 and 1961.
Only found in one version with black lettering on an orange body.

This version introduced the white body colour in 1962, but although the catalogues show it lettered TransAustralia, it is always found with Tri-ang Railways lettering. This version has metal bogies. Used in the R4Z set and also available separately
